Yes. Onkyo HT-S7800 has Google Chromecast built in so it will work flawlessly with your Google Home ecosystem devices.

You can do alot I don't know I don't have a onkyo product but if you onkyo has bluetooth google can do alot

YES, YOU CAN BECAUSE THE ONKYO SOUND SPEAKERS HAVE CHROMECAST BUILT IN IT. GOOGLE HOME CAN CONTROL ALL ANDRIOD DEVICES/ CHROMECAST. I HAVE THE VIZIO SURROUND SYSTEM AND IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY. JUST MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE SOUND SYSTEM UPDATED AND CONNECT IT TO YOUR WIFI AND GOOGLE HOME. CHEERS!

No experience with that but, if Google can't control it directly, it should be able to through the Harmony Hub

From what I read online you need to have a Chromecast Audio plugged into the receiver you want to control. I have not tried to setup a link between the 2 via Bluetooth.
