• It can stream audio from your phone or directly from the internet from a number of sources, youtube/spotify etc..

• It can yes, but with the mini I would recommend buying a Chrome-Cast and letting your tv speakers do the work. The mini is great, but the speaker is much smaller then the original Google Home and at times not the best audio source.

• Yes, either via WiFi (casting) or Bluetooth. Also works with iOS and Windows.
