• It does in my house. But my bedroom is about 25’ from my bedroom. You should be able to Google it and ask how far the signal reaches.

• In your phone's bluetooth settings, when you connect to the device, click the settings icon directly to the right of the device name. You should have the option to allow bluetooth connection for Audio, Calls, or Both(:
