“I need to set-up. I get error E1. How do I fix it?”

• Did your system have 3 wires? If not it will not work. Did your old one use only batteries? If so it will not work. You have to have a transformer putting out 24 volts for it to work,if you have this and three wires then you must have one wire misplaced. Re-check the diagram.

• Hi Terr! E01 means that, during Wi-Fi setup, the router lost power. Ensure router has power. If trying to connect to a hidden or manually added network, confirm the router has power and is working.We can recommend you to remove the thermostat from the wall for 1 minute and then reconnect the thermostat to WiFi.
