Mine has been on constantly since I bought it in Sep 2020 so going on a year and a half. You must clean and lubricate it though to keep it going like that or it'll burn itself out after a year of constantly being on.

I would estimate about 3-4 years of moderate use.

Can't really give an answer the way the question is posed, but it is very durable. I have had 4 of them for 4+ years, running a lot each summer. of the 4, one died after a few years.

For the price of around $20, can't beat this fan if you need a small, quiet tabletop unit.
