“We have the Honeywell air purifier. We just changed all the filters & the “check pre-filter” light is on. Any ideas?”

• Just pressing and holding the OK button did not work for me ..i had to hold it while unit was off, then pressed power on while also pressing OK...tah-dah!

• Thank you for your inquiry. The "Check Filter" lights are a timer that will turn on to let you know when you should replace your filters. Once the filters have been replaced, select the highest speed and press and hold down on the "Check Filter" button for around ten seconds, or until the light turns off. • Press and hold the check prefilter button for at least 3 seconds. It will go off.
