Remove and reinstall the filters, make sure the lid is closed properly and press button again. You can contact Honeywell product support, they are very helpful and easy to reach by phone, 1-800-477-0457.

In order to turn the light off, you will need to turn the unit to the highest setting, then hold down on the reset button. Only then will the light reset.
