Can this unit be against a wall? null

I have 3 of these in my home, all a few inches from the wall. Not sure what the user guide recommends, but mine have worked flawlessly for over a year in this set up.

Yes this unit can be set against a wall.

Thank you for your inquiry. We do not advise placing the unit against the wall, as this will reduce the airflow around the unit, expressly the exhaust circulation. We would advise placing the back of the unit about 1 foot away from the wall.
