“Just took mine out for the season. Heating element is heating, steam isnt steaming. Vinegar didn't work. Ideas?”

How was vinegar used, in the tank with the unit on? Try cleaning the heating element with a soft sponge and vinegar. I believe there’s a reset button on the unit itself too.

The cooling chamber will help the steam to cool down enough that it is not dangerous when it leaves the unit. You may see a small amount of steam leaving the top of the unit, but you will mainly see the unit using water by the water level going down.
