This humidifier brokeafter a few weeks of use . I don't recommend it!

It works well. But, I have no idea what it is made of.

Thank you for your inquiry. The heating element of this humidifier does have a coating made of PTFE (a Teflon-like material) and we cannot safely advise using it near parrots. We would suggest a cool mist humidifier, as those do not have PTFE.
