“Does the Light on the Black fan go out automatically as it does on the White fan?”

• No, you have to manually turn it off with the button on the fan body. You'd think they would have added the button to the remote as well.

• The light after you've chosen the setting does go out after a short amount of time. It stays on the setting you chose, but the light goes out. If you choose another setting, the light will come on and then go off after a short amount of time again.
