“How do I program the unit to turn off once it reaches a certain humidity level? My unit continuously runs and does not turn off once it reaches the desired humidity level which I have set to 55% I have the app and it doesn’t show how to set this function”

Did you see it will work until is gets the humidity 5 points below whatever you set it at? Try a higher setting as a test and see if it turns off, then adjust according to your comfort level. I finding this Honeywell works so well I can set it higher than I thought and I am very comfortable in the room. Using a second humidistat, I'm finding the air is drier 10-20 feet away from the machine than it is measuring.
