• The dehumidifier doesn't seem to shut off unless you use the Honeywell Air Comfort App. In the App, you can establish rules to turn on and turn off based on conditions. The app is intuitive; I have my dehumidifier set to turn on every four hours and turn off when it reaches desired humidity. I hope this helps.

• This unit turns the unit off when the water tank is almost full.
