No, you won't even know it's on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well it's certainly not silent but it is no louder than any other electric fan or motor of it's size. It sounds like a fan motor but not grinding or buzzing... Slightly louder when both fan motors are in use. the top fan is smaller and a little quieter. Our built-in AC for the house is louder.
