• Yep. We had the exact same thing happen on two vacuums. Loved it, until it just stopped.

• This happened with another vacuum I had. It was the battery that was not keeping charged. Purchased one on amazon.

• I am having the same issue with mine! Have had it apx 6 months only, same thing. I intend to call Hoover.
