Try keeping a diaper on your dog until you're ready to take her/him out. It worked for me. For accidents, try a Bissell pet stain eraser or similar.

I have the ONEPWR Evolve Pet Cordless Vacuum. I would NOT RECOMMEND this product for the type of cleanup you need because of your dog. This vacuum is basically a fancy stick vacuum that works well with dog hair, dry crumbs and dirt. Hoover does make several wet vacuums for hard floors called The PowerDash Hard Floor Cleaner and The Onepwr Floormate Jet Hard Floor Cleaner/Wet Vacuum (this one is cordless and uses the same battery as the one I have). In my opinion, I do not think the cordless one would have enough power to adequately clean the messes from your dog. I have a large dog, so I understand your concern.
