A:Answer I would suggest putting the battery on the charger overnight and see if that changes anything. if problem persists, return it to Best Buy and ask for a replacement. The main reason I buy stuff from Best Buy is their customer service is great if I have a problem with an item.
I have bought three of these vacuums (i love them), but the first one I bought had a problem, and I brought it back to Best Buy an got a replacement. I have been very happy with it for over 6 month. Now I have one at work and bought one for my daughter. Great machine!!
One of the best things about this Vacuum is how easy it is to pull out the roller and clean off the long hair, and also clean out the hose. It is simple, light and easy to maintain!
