• Any LONG hair will get rapped around the roller, but this vacuum is VERY easy to clean and maintain. I have three(3) of them and love them!

• Hello Julie, It is possible that hair wrap can occur on this unit. Luckily, we have incorporated grooves along the roller to allow access to easily cut away any hair build up. Thanks! Matt - The Hoover Team
