“Can it be used to vacuum (not wet vac) carpet?”

• The instructions say it will do throw rugs or area room rugs. I think that means to wash them not just vacuum I don’t think it is meant to be used as just a vacuum. But for washing the floors I love it I am very happy that I have it and I would recommend it to others

• Not made for carpet. As it states, you can go over an area rug but this is really a hard floor tool.
