QuestionAll of the articles I have read and videos I have watched regarding the Hoover Smartwash +, speak of pushing the machine forward to wash and pulling the machine to dry, or extract water. When and how does it rinse the shampoo from your carpet?

- Answer It doesn't. You have to take the solution tank off the unit, then run just water over your carpet again to remove the shampoo from the carpet.

QuestionCan you tell me the solution for my rollers not spinning? They are free of any debris and there is nothing impairing them. They move freely so I know they are fine.

QuestionMy SW+ isn't engaging like it is supposed to. It'll work for a little while if you hold the handle at just the right angle which, is almost at the upright position. Otherwise all it does is make noise.YOU CAN'T PUSH IT LIKE A VACUUM & IT WORK! Not clogged

- Answer holding tank probably isn't completely secure. Take it apart and look at the front and back once you THINK it's latched together. It will still fit into the vacuum when not latched properly. I took it apart four times before figuring it out!
