• Correct. There is no game disc in the provided steel book, but inside there will be a paper slip with with the playstation store code for the digital version of the game.

• It comes with a physical steelbook. The only things that are physically inside of it are three download codes for the full game for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 version and the DLC packs.

• Yes, the case is just a display with no physical game. I'll be skipping this at launch and pick up a used cheaper physical copy later for half the price once the fad dies down.
