This is actually common in collectors editions to include the steelbook, but not the physical disc. There are one-sheet images that show the entire contents of the set. From the Sony site: "**Horizon Forbidden West™ Collector’s Edition includes a digital voucher code for the full Horizon Forbidden West game on PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5 consoles."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just going to point out that the info on Best Buy is wrong and Sony themselves says it's digital only. They do this so they don't have to do both PS4 and PS5 editions of the same set or put both discs in the same set so they give you a download code that lets you get both versions of the game. If this remained a PS5 exclusive it probably would have included a disc, but thanks to console shortages they had to make a PS4 version of their thus far biggest AAA title. Wait until Black Friday and you can probably get a physical copy of the game to stick in steel case for $20.
