It’s like getting a Pokémon box opened or a Funko pop seal that’s been cut!! I went to my home store & complained I had to call customer care. They only refunded 25%.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are sealed from Mattel to best buy. It is up to the store if they want to open it. If they open it, they should state it is an open box item. But again that is up to each individual store policy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I picked up two cases last night, one was opened and one was sealed. I'm sure it depends on the employees working at the store..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are supposed to be sealed, but it appears employees are raiding some of them when they arrive. If it's open or has the 'Inspected by Best Buy' tape on it, it's not sealed anymore and I wouldn't even accept it from them.
