• The whole case was available about six months ago for the Mattel Hotwheels Mail-in promotion, I would assume since the promotion ended some months ago, you may not be able to buy the cases. Thus the hotwheels are still available at some stores as singles. Unfortunatelly, you will not know what you may get until you visit your local store. Hope this helps!
