QuestionNew unit Charging issue! The charger light is green while connected to the scooter which suggests it is fully charged but the display does not show battery fully charged. Could it be display issue or battery? If battery can we get a replacement battery?

QuestionHello I have a issue with my hover 1 highlander scooter. The scooter milage represented as 15 miles per hour. After riding it with two people on it. It now shows 25 miles per hour on sports mode and on normal mode 18 and eco is 12. So all digits raised.

QuestionAre there any replacement tires available ANYWHERE?!? because their site doesn’t have any in stock ever, and the tires don’t last longer than a couple weeks even using it sporadically.

- Answer No not waterproof. It would probably be fine if left outside in the rain, but I would allow it to completely dry out before running the motor. Moisture inside the motor can cause it to burn out. The manual says to not operate it in or around puddles, sand, gravel, and other debris.
