“I bought this Chromebook a little over a year ago and maybe used it 10x max. I tried to turn it on yesterday but it will not turn on. Had it plugged in for 24 hours, still won’t turn on. Anyone had this issue and knows how to fix? Thanks!”

Mine I have to hold the power button for like 15 seconds until I see a flash on screen. My sound went out 2nd time to use it. Best buy won't even answer a question. because I had to stored in box and never used it. The thing was a gift from my wife. now warranty is out,
