Assuming you're talking about the processor, there are two speeds listed for it. The "base speed" is 1.1 GHz. Think of that being like the idle speed of a car engine. And just like a car engine, the processor can speed up as its workload increases. The Celeron N4120 processor in this computer can speed itself up to 2.6 GHz.
