Thank you for your question on this HP laptop! You would be able to watch Netflix, however, CriCut Design Space would have very limited features with the amount of memory on this even after taking it out of S Mode and into Windows 11 Home. To use all of the features of the CriCut software, a system that has at least 8GB of memory would serve you much better and HP offers those models right in Best Buy stores whether your purchase in-store, arrange for a pickup, or even delivery!
