“In reading the Q&A it says it is in S mode. we have email accounts in hotmail.com, gmail and yahoo.com, will we still be able to access these? Also in S mode we can't switch to a different browser say like google or explorer. Am I correct?”

Hello. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can access your email accounts through the Microsoft Edge browser. The Microsoft Edge browser is the only browser available in the S Mode. Google Chrome o other web browsers are not included with this laptop. In order to download the Google Chrome browser, you would need to switch out of the S Mode.
