A:AnswerThank you for your question! This is not a gaming computer, but you would be able to download lightweight games from the Microsoft Store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/games/windows

A:AnswerHello. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can access your email accounts through the Microsoft Edge browser. The Microsoft Edge browser is the only browser available in the S Mode. Google Chrome o other web browsers are not included with this laptop. In order to download the Google Chrome browser, you would need to switch out of the S Mode. You can switch out of S Mode for free. Here are some instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode
A:AnswerIt's actually Windows that's running in S mode. S mode is a high security mode for running Windows. One of the security features is that you can only install and run apps that are available in the Windows Store
A:AnswerYes, you can, with a couple of caveats. Because this computer is running Windows 10 in "S Mode" you'll need to download and install the version that's on the Windows Store. And with the available memory and storage, it's not a great choice for working with large databases.
A:AnswerHi Shana, thank you for asking. This laptop will be minimally suitable, but you might want to look into a model with a faster processor (Intel i3, Intel I5, or AMD Ryzen 5) with an SSD of at least 256GB for storage.
A:AnswerThank you for your question! According to Quicken's website, this computer would not be suitable because their software is not compatible with Windows 10/11 in S Mode.
A:AnswerThank you for your question. This depends on the software you choose to do the editing. I recommend reviewing the software developer's website for the list of minimum and recommended system requirements in order to find a computer that meets those specifications.
A:AnswerThank you for your question. This can run "Minecraft for Windows" from the Microsoft Store, but Minecraft Java requires a more advanced processor. I recommend reviewing the developer's website for the list of minimum and recommended system requirements in order to find a computer that meets those specifications.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. Depending on the programs you'll be using, you'll probably want a laptop with a more powerful processor (an i3 or i5 processor at a minimum), more RAM (8GB minimum) and perhaps more onboard storage (256GB minimum).
A:Answeryes it will work for that. if you are trying to do too much on it (like an everyday use laptop), it will frustrate you. i got it only to serve the purpose of taking my online tests for class because my chromebook does not support the app i need for the lockdown browser. it lags regularly though but since i don't use it as regularly as my chromebook, it doesn't bother me.
