Thank you for your question regarding the HP - 14" Laptop 14-dq0051dx. Multiple things could be causing that issue such as an issue with the provider, the modem, the router, cables, updates, and a possible issue with the Wi-Fi card in the laptop. You can contact your provider to check with possibly issues with the network itself and contact HP Support to have them help troubleshoot the laptop.
