Hello and thank you for asking. The HP 14-dq0762dx laptop can be switched out of Window 11 Home in S Mode to Windows 11 Home. Please search for "Switch out of S mode" in the Microsoft Store for more information. Please contact HP Support if you need further assistance. You cannot switch back to S Mode. There is a 30-day trial version of Microsoft 365 installed on the laptop by HP. You will need to separately purchase a product key to turn the trial version into a full version.
