Does have windows 11 pre installed null

It has windows home preinstalled in S mode. If you're not familiar with it, it is a "abbreviated" version of windows 11 home. It allows for faster boot up, processing, and most importantly it adds a different level of security by only allowing you to download from the Microsoft suite of approved applications where I believe undergo another level of scrutiny. However, it also allows you to download free the full version of windows 11 home. In doing so though be aware that this pc may have ram and the processor to run as smoothly and perhaps making the bare minimum for storage capacity.
