Q: QuestionCan someone tell me how to turn the backlight on the keyboard? Specs say it's backlit, HP responded to another question on here confirming it's backlit, but seems it's not on by default.
Asked by GGKK.
- A:Answer On most HP laptops, you can turn on the keyboard backlight using the F5 key (sometimes it’s F4 or F12 depending on the model). Look for a key with a glowing keyboard icon. Press it once to turn the light on, and press again to adjust brightness or turn it off. If nothing happens, try holding Fn + F5. If the keys don’t respond and you don’t see the backlight icon on your function keys, then unfortunately your specific configuration might not actually include the backlit feature—even if the general specs page says so. HP sells multiple versions of the same model, and not all of them have it.

Q: QuestionHow well does this laptop handle Zoom meetings?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I’ve been using this laptop for Zoom regularly, and it works smoothly. The camera and mic are decent for video calls, and I haven’t faced lag during meetings as long as the internet connection is stable. Multitasking while on Zoom (like sharing screen, browsing, or using docs) also runs fine without slowing down.

Q: QuestionDoes it have back light keyboard?
Asked by Tomz.
- A:Answer In the specifications it says: Backlit Keyboard Integrated lights allow for visibility of the keys in low-light conditions. But I don't notice it being any bright backlighting. It's not like my previous HP laptop that had a F key to turn the backlighting on. If there's a key to initiate I haven't found it yet. Sorry to not be more definitive in answer.
