QuestionI'm confused by the answers here regarding the M.2 slot. In one answer you have said that there is an M.2 slot, and another answer states that the supplied 128gb SSD drive is an M.2 type. So...is there an open M.2 slot for a second hard drive?

- Answer From the specs available, the SSD is SATA 2.5" and you can therefore add an M.2 drive. If you want to be 100% sure I would recommend opening the computer to verify that. However, even if the current drive is M.2 you can then add a SATA drive. It can accommodate one of each only.

QuestionI bought this laptop knowing at some point I would need to increase the hard drive. Thus far I am using an eternal hard drive to off set the lack of space on ssd. Please provide me with a link to a compatible ssd that is a good replacement.

- Answer I too was looking to increase the SSD size but it appears that on this specific model, it is not as easy as you would think. Based off what I have found, the screws are hidden under some of the rubber components on the backside. That in itself is not a big deal. But to keep the overall system size down, it seems they use a 2.0" SSD versus the more standard 2.5" SSD and it is not a typical swap. Again, this is based only on what I have found.

- Answer The best way to figure out which adapter is the right one is to look at the Volts and Amps that are on the label on the underside of the laptop. You can multiply the Volts x Amps to get the wattage needed. You could also Google the laptop model for the charger. It should list the wattage needed for that laptop. If you need further assistance, I would recommend reaching out to HP Support or Best Buy's Geek Squad.

QuestionHow do I remove the CD/DVD drive from the laptop?

- Answer Just press a tiny square shape button on DVD drive slot which I believe on right side of your computer. I found out mine that I had to press the button a little deeper using my nail, otherwise, it did not open.

- Answer Click to bring up your icon menu at the very bottom of the screen. Wifi icon is located at the very bottom of the screen on the right hand side. Very close to where the time pops up. Click on the wifi icon and the screen to input your internet password should come up.

- Answer You can use flash drive or upgrade the hard drive, but there is only 1 hard drive slot.
