• Yes, they certainly do. The lower-priced laptops are much more likely to have Windows 11 in S Mode. On a computer like this one, you can actually take it out of S Mode if that's your only real objection to a computer like this one. • I cannot take mine out of S mode as it won’t allow me to use the “Get” option. It gives me an error message.
