I wanted to ease into the transition of going from windows 10 to windows 11 since my current computers don't qualify for the upgrade due to the upgraded operating system. I also wanted a more portable laptop for travel than the bulky/heavy 2013 HP I currently use. This unit is light, compact yet still has the 15.6 monitor and has the added "touch screen" which I wanted to try. This laptop is everything I wanted to begin my transition from 10 to 11. This laptop was easy to setup and add my Office Pro software, security software, backup software and other additional programs.

This laptop is awesome! Fast and light, it is perfect for gaming or streaming shows or just working on documents (it comes with Windows 365 so that is a BIG plus!!). The battery lasts a good 4 hours even with games running. I definitely recommend this little HP!

Best laptop I’ve ever owned! It does everything and it also has a touchscreen. It’s fast, affordable, and has a good amount of memory. I got a great deal at Best Buy and when it’s time to get my next laptop, I will be definitely getting the latest model. I highly recommend it.

This laptop is a stylish, moderately powerful laptop. While it qualifies to be called a budget laptop, it does offer features and hardware that you’ll more likely expect to find on a pricier laptop. It counts a fairly durable build, good performance, decent speakers, and a great keyboard among its qualities. On the other hand, a glossy screen, average battery and no real graphics capacity, all feature prominently in the cons column. If you’re in search of a laptop that’ll perform regular office and light multimedia tasks with a minimum of fuss, especially if you install your favorite Linux Disto (in my case Pop_OS) you can do a lot worse than settling for this laptop. However, if you’re a content creator looking for something with enough power to run your intensive programs, you may need to look elsewhere. Xtra nerd info: Both PoP_OS & Unbuntu 22.04 runs flawlessly with everything working out the box. Battery life is around 4.5 hours Glossy screen makes things hard to see in direct sunlight.

I bought this laptop for my 8 year old in 3rd grade. It meets all my requirements. It has a large screen, it’s very fast and battery life is very good.

Easy to use and set up, touch screens makes access quicker. Good storage. My son needed this for college. Doesn’t take up a lot of space in back pack.

We purchased two of these laptops for my girls homeschool experience. Not only are they very durable, they have not had any glitches in the 2+ years we have had them. The touch screen is helpful and the ease of use works for kids 6-11 as all my kids have used these at one point or another. In even better news- it's easy for me to use as well! Where some laptops are so fancy I have no clue how to operate them let alone teach my child- these are just what we need and transparent on how they work.

I have used my laptop every day in my research and planning work. An excellent tool, very fast and easy to use. The learning process for each of the functions was simple and friendly. Just the working memory I need and with the incorporation of the Bing AI platform everything looks even easier to do.

I have owned this laptop previously and was excited to see it available on sale. I jumped in and bought it with no hesitation. After receiving it, I realized in the five years since I had my original one a lot has changed in the app store options. While I love the product...I hate the app store and it's obvious from the low rated comments they have no intentions of making the app store better. So...I'll keep it because I love touchscreen, eventho I cannot load my favorite security software on it because there is no app available...I should have waited and bought an apple...I want support and believe this purchase to have limited support at best.

Good Laptop for the price ...good speed, It doesn't weigh much and the battery is pretty good...excellent for students

I have had the computer for two year now. It has been very durable and diligent for the type of work that I complete. To be honest, I forget that the laptop is even touch screen at times because of how well it works regularly. It also runs smoothly and allows for multiple screens to be opened and displayed without crashing.

Cpu is a nice size and weight. Sleek look to it and separate numeric keypad is a plus.

Easy to set up, I was productive within minutes of turning it on. My only criticism is that Microsoft now blocks you from installing apps acquired from anywhere other than the Microsoft store. You have to figure out that they now have something called S Mode and it must be turned off.

I absolutely love this computer it has everything I need for school and can do many gaming tasks. The size is good and I love that it is touch screen, makes it easier to use at times. Overall a great computer.

I bought this laptop because I had spilled coffee on my Mac. Yes it was heartbreaking. I had to replace it for school. It has given me absolutely zero problems so far. The only thing is the speakers on it are a bit wonky after a certain volume level. Regardless a great laptop for school. Touch screen is awesome.

This HP is great for traveling and for use while watching TV linked to the cell phone. I use a desktop for more complex work, and I think for the price, this is a great laptop. I would by another HP similar to this one, however, this unit is trouble free for 30 months now.

It was priced well. It is very fast. Has words 11 which took a little time to figure out. It is great for home use. Wish the touch pad had regular buttons. I use it only for home task like bill paying, shopping and information.
