“When trying to install Chrome or Chirp on my new HP 15-DY2702DX laptop, I get a message "the app you are trying to install is not a microsoft-app, go to the app store". The Chirp program is not in the app store.”

• You will need to switch the laptop out of S mode. This can be done in the settings.

• You have to take the laptop out of s mode for some features to work.
