If your phone connects but not the laptop, then you know the laptop has a problem, and that should be addressed.

Please try again later.Without knowing specifics, it is impossible to address any issues anyone has had with WiFi connectivity, which depends on signal strength, interference from other electronic signals, intermediate obstacles (walls, doors, floors, etc.), placement, etc. I can only say that most computers (including this one) have fine WiFi connectivity most of the time and for most of their lifetimes. You will probably outgrow the computer long before you experience any significant problems with its WiFi connections.
