Thank you for your question. Due to the integrated graphics card on the 15-FD0005DX laptop and having only 8GB of RAM, this laptop would be recommended for light to moderate photo and video editing. For more intensive 4K video editing 16GB of RAM or higher and a dedicated graphics card would be recommended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you only spend an hour or so per day, you will be fine, but any more than that and you will want to throw the computer across the room. It is just not designed for more than the most casual photo and video editing (especially the latter). Don't drive yourself crazy and waste your time on earth waiting for a task to complete--spend more and get a satisfactory experience, using ANY compute with a separate video card.
