Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Right lick on the icon on the far right of the Taskbar that looks like a globe (this only appears when there is no successful internet connection). Choose "troubleshoot problem" and follow the instructions from the prompts. This solves WiFi issues 90% of the time. Also, try to connect with WiFi using your phone, just to make sure there is actually a live and viable signal.
