If it' just data, the easiest and most straightforward way is to copy the data from the original PC to a flash drive, then move the drive to the new PC, and copy it back.

You can also use Laplink PCMover, or a direct connection with a cable from one computer to the other, but that is a lengthier explanation.

If it is just data, you can copy the info from the original PC to a flash drive, then connect the flash drive to the new PC and copy back. There is also a way to do it with a cable, but this requires more detail than I want to go into, so Google it. Programs are a different animal.
