“I have an older HP pavilion model with the touchscreen that can fold down and is convertible to just a tablet (the keyboard bends behind the screen). Does this model do the same? If not, is there another current model that has this feature?”

Hi Jenna. The HP 15-FD0005DX is a standard form function - not convertible. You'll want to search laptop models that say "X360", "2-in-1" or "convertible". These are typically (but not always) business and creator-use models like the Pavilion, Envy, and Spectre models.
