• Thank you for your question about this HP laptop and language changing! The Windows installation on this only comes with the US English localization. All language packs for Windows are available for free to download, including both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.

• You can download the proper language pack, but be aware that the key caps will remain the same, so you might need to purchase stick-ons for more efficient typing.
