• Hello. Thanks for your question. You would need an external USB A (regular USB) docking station with the matching video ports that are also on the monitors. We recommend looking at SKU: 5901250 as example of what the USB A docking station would look like.

• This happened to me also. I’m not sure why you can’t connect through the USBC for monitors. I ended up buying a new docking station that had regular USB connection also and am using it that way.
