“The Spec says 5G. My 7 yr old DELL and my 5G cell both have speed of 460 mb/s. This HP can only at best do 260 mb/s with a SOLD 5G capability. Need HP to resolve the wifi speed issue to get it to least 400 mb/s. Called BESTEBUY they can't help..”

The HP tech web blogs say the adapter is only good to 466 mb/s on a single antenna. based on the blogs you need 2 adapters to get over 500+ mb/s. My ISP and Router working as installed and paying for, definitely a hardware adapter issue. There is a lot of questions on the wifi speed with no resolution. Why can't HP use INTEL ac 9260 160 mhz card. That's what I have and it works as designed. Customer should not be bothered in these days about 5G speed, sounds like HP used a cheap option. Tom
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This computer on my WIFI router using speedtest.net has speed over 620+ Mbps Download and 620+ Mbps Upload. Sounds like a 5G issue to me. Tried my Samsung S21 phone with speedtest.net, similar at 600+ Mbps Down and 590+ Mbps Up, then put that on AT&T 5G and received 100 Mbps Down, 6 Mbps Up
