• Just use 'Files' app that comes on machine. - Works much like MS file manager. Go to SD card, select picture, double click - opens just fine.

• Any images stored on the SD Card can be accessed by the built in Files app even when offline.

• If you have photos on an SD card (or on the eMMC or any connected flash drive) you will simply open the folder where the photos are housed to view them.
