• Thank you for reaching out. I use the mobile versions quite often. They have improved a ton over when they initially launched. I can do mostly anything that I can do on my desktop version.

• I just edited a *.XLSX file, but I used Google's editing program to do it (I don't have the official Microsoft apps). The file came out fine because I could re-download it as an *.XLSX file.
