- Answer I connect this chromebook from one of its two USB-c ports to HDMI on my TV. The chromebook then pops a notification that it is extending its screen and my TV screen shows the desktop of the chromebook.

QuestionWhat does touch screen versus using keyboard?

- Answer Touch screen is available while you are using the chromebook keyboard, so you can expand the screen with your fingers or other nifty things we are used to on phones, for instance. But where touch screen really comes into play is when you tent or tablet the chromebook, because then touching is the only way to do anything. In my experience the touch screen features work perfectly.

- Answer Yes you can but keep in mind a lot of the play store apps were not built for chromebooks. Don't be surprised if some look a little funny.

- Answer The Chromebook only allows you to use the Chrome browser or any app from the Chrome Web Store or Google Play Store. One option is you can open a Microsoft Word document on a Chromebook by adding Microsoft Office to Chrome. It will allow you to view, edit or create Office (including Word) in the browser. Or you can get Office 365 to use on the Chromebook.

- Answer Microsoft Office is not on this from the factory. All of google's stuff is preinstalled on there for word processing, spreadsheets, power points, etc. If you need Microsoft Office products you can download it in the google play store, not sure what the cost is though.

QuestionCan the HP Chromebook x360 14-da0011dx be charged with any power source via USB-C? It came with it's own USB-C power cord, but can I use a regular USB-C cable & plug that in to any USB wall adapter? I haven't been able to find a definite answer to this.

- Answer No, you can't use a USB-C cable such as one you would use for charging an Android phone. It requires the complete adapter to charge.

- Answer This is a Chromebook and not equipped to play that program. It can run apps from the Google Play Store only, so you will want a Windows computer instead. When looking for a Windows computer, you will likely need a more powerful processor such as i5 or i7.

- Answer Yes. Either use the chrome or Firefox browser to go to your email service or download an Android app like Ms Outlook or google mail from the Google play store. Obviously you have to be connected to WiFi.
