- Answer You need to send it to HP. But I didn't since it's an HP and I have sent in a lap top to be fixed and I didn't need that. They are really easy to work with, and they will help out in any way.

- Answer Hello, this device can not run QuickBooks desktop as this is not designed for downloading software. The functionality of Chrome OS is limited and does not allow for the desktop version to be downloaded. If you want to run QuickBooks Online it is available through Chrome OS. - Answer Thank you for the question. You can use Apache (Open Office) with the Chrome operating system. There is also the Google equivalent, Google Docs. With 64GB of storage, you'll probably need to save your documents to the cloud. If you prefer to save locally, you have the options of external storage - via an SD card, a flash drive, or an external disc drive.

- Answer Here are instructions on how to add your printer to your Chromebook: At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings. At the bottom, select Advanced. Under "Print and scan," select Printers. Under "Available printers to save," next to your printer, select Save. Check that your printer appears at the top, under "Saved printers."
